Bookings and Deposits
To book at Sound Pressure Studios we require payment prior to commencing any studio session or service.
On our website http://www.soundpressurestudios.com or visiting us on the studio you need to order the service and choose the payment method which may be Paypal, Bank Transfer, Cheques (In Studio) and Cash (In Studio).
After receiving the pro forma invoice you should deposit 50% of the of the total payment. Every service and respective booking and requested dates are only secured once a 50% deposit has been received.
Every New Client (never have been Sound Pressure Studios client before) must pay 100% of the total project before every service starts! Every service and respective booking and requested dates are only secured once a 100% deposit has been received.
Your deposit must be paid at least 10 days before your session/service or immediately if your booking/service is within the next 10 days. Before sending your invoice we will check for requested days and booking hours, and if available as requested we will pencil it down! If not we will inform you which date is most near to requested dates!
If you’re paying by cheque, please make all cheques payable to ‘Leopoldo Soares Lopes’. If paying by cheque or bank transfer, monies must be cleared and in our account before the day of your session or course e.g. for a cheque please allow 5 working days for it to clear.
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your booking or service we require at least 7 days notice for studio hire.
To cancel or re-schedule you must speak to a member of Sound Pressure Studios in person on the phone or at the studios. If you can’t call, written confirmation is required to be sent to Sound Pressure Studios by recorded delivery and must be received at our address at least 7 days before the date of your studio booking or ordered service.
Refunds will only be given at Sound Pressure Studios’s discretion, and may be subject to a 20% administration charge.
Clients visiting our premises are responsible for ensuring that no equipment or property is damaged, lost or stolen as a direct or indirect result of their actions.
Clients are also responsible for the actions of any guests they may invite to our premises.
In the event that any equipment or property belonging to Sound Pressure Studios is damaged, lost or stolen as a direct or indirect result of the actions of any client or guest, the client will have to pay all reasonable costs in full i.e. replacement or repair of said equipment or property.
Please ensure prior to booking any recording service that you inform us how many artists and performers are to be involved in your session. If a large number of artists are involved then arrangements must be made with Sound Pressure Studios prior to your session.
1 eight hour session include at least a 1 hour break for engineer and clients within the time booked.
Sound Pressure Studios will always have an available engineer for your session.
Sound Pressure Studios reserves the right to cancel or stop the session of anyone whom we deem to be unacceptable through his or her conduct or personality. No refund will be given, all fees will remain payable.
Whilst Sound Pressure Studios will take all reasonable measures to ensure clients and guest’s safety and security during their session, the company or any of its employees cannot be held responsible for any accident/injury sustained whilst on the premises. Nor can they be held responsible for the loss or damage to any personal effects.
