🏢 Since 9/11, the world has witnessed a surge of albums and songs dedicated to this dark American episode. @bonjovi’s eighth studio album, ‘Bounce,’ released on this day, 📅 on the 8th of October 2002, is a mournful addition to this narrative, carrying a profound emotional weight and reflection on that era.

💜 “Bounce” was heavily inspired by the post-9/11 world, focusing on themes of resilience, hope, and the ability to bounce back after tough times.
Jon Bon Jovi mentioned that the album’s title was about America’s strength to “bounce back” in adversity.
Tracks like “Undivided” and “Everyday” capture those raw yet hopeful vibes that so many connected with.
